Refund Policy

Every Ember & Oat product is handmade in small batches with care. Because our items are personal care and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at tallowthymeco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Unopened items: Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Pet products: For the safety of all pets, our Gentle Paw Balm cannot be returned once opened. Damaged or incorrect items are covered as above.
