Shipping Policy

Each order is handmade and packed with care in Plano, Texas. Because our products are made in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During launches, holidays, and sales, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.

Carriers & delivery: Orders ship via USPS. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by location and are estimated by the carrier.

Free shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $45. Orders below $45 are charged calculated shipping at checkout.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages: We're not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our hands, but we want you to receive your order. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at tallowthymeco@gmail.com and we'll help make it right.
